Insomniacs’ Sleepover is my first solo show. It blends poetry, theatre and storytelling to explore the science and psychological shambles of what keeps us up at night.

Its first scratch performance took place at Omnibus in January 2017, as part of Engine Room.

It’s next on at the Rutland on 11th April, hosted by the lovely people at Boomerang.

Writing, rehearsing, scratching…

Feedback from the first show

“Beautifully written and performed.”

“Really honest and funny… Too often films make insomnia look fun and badass when it’s just sad and shit.”

“Simple and realistic and brutally honest.”

“I thought the script was excellent – really engaging and funny.”

“Surprising yet beautiful.”

“A solipsistic, selfish product of the worst of modern society.”
